The Academy’s accredited technical curriculum is equivalent to Level 1 pre-apprenticeship instruction.   • Adult Education – DC Students Construction Trades Foundation is a technical assistance partner to nonprofits offering pre-apprenticeship training programs in Washington, DC. As an NCCER Accredited Training Sponsor, the Foundation helps these organizations implement the performance-based NCCER curriculum with certified instructors. The Foundation is pleased to expand on its mission, in collaboration with other highly effective providers, to make skilled trades education and training accessible to residents of the District of Columbia.
