Rev. Stephen E. TuckerPresident The Rev. Stephen E. Tucker helms the JOBS Coalition, shaping the nonprofit’s long-term strategy and advancing its core issues through the public-private partnership. He also serves as the senior pastor of New Commandment Baptist Church in Washington, D.C.
Robert BraunohlerDirector Robert Braunohler supports the coalition’s outreach efforts and advocates for its key issues of increasing vocational education and training for students in the city’s public school system as well as construction industry opportunities for residents. He is the former regional vice president at the real estate company Property Group Partners and a real estate development consultant for RB Advisors LLC.
Bill DeanDirector Bill Dean works to expand, strengthen and diversify workforce development programs and policies across the city through collaborations and support of skilled training initiatives. He is the CEO of engineering and technology service firm M.C. Dean, based in Dulles, Virginia.
Eric J. JonesDirector Eric J. Jones advances the coalition’s message of developing a stronger workforce through job training programs and education that benefits all District residents, including returning ex-offenders. He serves as the associate director of government affairs for ABC of Metro Washington.
John McMahonDirector John McMahon supports the JOBS Coalition’s mission of building strong collaborations to strengthen apprenticeship, training and job placement programs across the District. As a founding member of the JOBS Coalition, McMahon has worked to reinvigorate vocational training for youth and adults, create a skilled workforce able to find and retain employment, and help returning ex-offenders successfully transition into jobs in the construction industry. He is the chairman emeritus of Miller & Long Concrete Construction based in Bethesda, Maryland.
